A minimum of 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given then 50% of your appointment fee may be charged.
If you recurrently cancel appointments then I may ask for a 50% deposit upfront for any future appointments. This will come off the final bill.
Payment & Deposits
Payments are to be made by cash or bank transfer. All payments must be settled before I Leave.
Cheques are not accepted.
Skin tests are required at least 48 hours before a colour application. If any reaction occurs then I will not be able to go ahead with the colour process.
If you are unsatisfied with any service, it is required that you contact Lucy within 48 hours of your appointment. A full assessment of your hair will be needed in person, if there is an issue where Lucy is at fault then she will happily rectify it at no cost. No refunds will be given.
If you change your mind and don't like a colour or cut that you asked for, then full prices will be charged if you require a service to change it.
